All items from the cured and smoked meats and fish to the ice-creams and bread are made in the restaurant's own kitchen.
To compliment the food a comprehensive selection of fine wines supplied by Tanners of Shrewsbury is offered alongside ales from award winning Woods Brewery in Craven Arms who produce their very own Raven Bitter.
